When it was time to hire a lead coach for our team at Uplevel You, Elaine Bailey was the natural first choice. The thing for me that stands out (and I’m still not sure how she does this!) is that Elaine also makes herself available to respond to queries / phone calls in between the sessions; Elaine clearly doesn’t see her work as just the coaching session…..and to be honest I doubt Elaine even sees it as work as she appears to love what she does and that really comes across when you interact with her – Elaine is very passionate and enthusiastic and takes joy in seeing people develop their careers but more so as people!

Elaine helped me achieve one of my goals and has given me a number of invaluable hints and tips that I use every day. I also know that even though the programme has finished, I can still ring or write to her as she is always eager for updates and willing to provide advice and guidance.
