My passion for helping people was recognized from my earliest days. At 14 years old, I was invited to become a pack leader, then later a Snowy Owl in our local Girl Scout (Brownie pack) troop.
My professional training career began at 20 when I was promoted at the bank to teach bank staff how to develop their banking and interpersonal skills.
Today I am a sought after International Leadership Development Consultant, Executive, Business Coach-Mentor, and Speaker, who has developed, trained, coached, and mentored literally 1000’s of business leaders, business owners, and coaches all over the world to achieve their personal and business goals and improve their lives.
I have devoted my life and career to helping others achieve transformational change, personal and professional success, and fulfillment through my deep coaching work.

I’ve always been an adventurer and risk-taker. Transition and transformation continue to be my life-long traveling companions. I left England in December 2013, and arrived in the US with just what I could carry on a plane and an ENORMOUS BIG DREAM!

It was a HUGE leap of faith into uncertainty as I gave up everything I’d known and worked for in the UK…
I have dedicated my life to being brave, leaning in, and navigating the uncharted waters of the unknown.
I continue to travel to new territories in my inner and outer worlds that always yield both remarkable possibilities and realities, all of which, in the beginning, seems but a distant dream. Sometimes it’s hard and messy but it has made me who I am today – I am proud of who I’m becoming along the way.
In June 2020 I became a US Citizen.

To be an extraordinary coach means helping clients achieve transformational change. And the only way to become a catalyst for that is to experience it yourself first.
I believe that YOU have to go there yourself first. I do it scared, so I can be a catalyst for others to do the same.
