Listen to the Episode:

I’m super excited to share something a bit different with you this week.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to be featured on Richard Taylor’s podcast, “Always an ExPat,” where I discussed a pivotal chapter in my life.

In this conversation, I share about my journey – uprooting my life from England in 2013 when I decided to sell everything and move to the U.S. This was a huge leap of faith for me, driven by my adventurous and risk-taking spirit.

The real catalyst for this change came when I attended a women’s retreat in March 2007 led by a singer/songwriter called Christine Kane in Asheville, U.S. It wasn’t just a life-changing experience; it made me fall in love with a place that felt like home for the first time.

I shared with Richard how stepping out of my comfort zone was not just about facing new challenges but also an opportunity to reinvent myself and truly be present in life.

Today, I use this experience and the wisdom I’ve gained to help guide others through change in my coaching work.

I invite you to listen to this episode. It’s a tale of embracing change, discovering new paths, and finding fulfillment in the most unexpected ways.

I’m eager to hear your thoughts on it! Let me know what you think in the comments below!
