At some point, your body will decide that the overstuffed box is full! When it can’t hold these emotions any longer they will be released in the form of burnout, anxiety, depression, or even physical pain and illness.

I imagine my emotions are like clouds – they are always passing through… Bring awareness and presence to your emotions – allow yourself to ‘experience’ them. This can be hard to do at first because this feels so uncomfortable and they feel so real.

Be brave – try and sit with the emotion as long as you can.

If you sit with the emotion and allow it to be present, it will pass through and dissipate as clouds do.

Surrender to what is…

Let go…

Know it’s okay – this too will pass…
