Brilliant Personal Coaching Sessions – (12) x 45-minute 1-on-1 results-focused sessions. You’ll experience highly personalized coaching, where I’ll give you ongoing attention and we’ll focus on your highest priorities. Our sessions will be on Zoom and are recorded for you.
Brilliant Access – You’ll receive high-touch accountability and support. I’ve got your back and you’ll never feel isolated or alone. I’m just a text or VOXER (https://www.voxer.com/individuals) away for quick responses, helping you to stay on track and focused and of course, to support you in any stuck moments. We’re a partnership. I’m here for you.
Office Hours – You also have weekly access to me through my Coaches Corner – Office Hours. This is for check-in, tweaks, and for any quick coaching or guidance you need. You can call me directly for instant accountability and support. (Wednesday weekly: 10.30 am – 12.30 pm Eastern)
Uncover Your Natural Strengths – Together we’ll continue to explore your KOLBE A results and the Enneagram in relation to your business and your life. Knowing your own innate styles and patterns,you’ll become the most productive, stress-free version of yourself.
Coaching Tools as needed – During our time together, I’ll provide any additional coaching tools,activities, or mini-training Zoom videos, as required. These are tailored to your specific needs as we work together during the six months.

I have traveled the world training, coaching, and consulting in my 30-year career as a Leadership Development & Behavioral Development Consultant, Executive Coach, Mentor, Learning & Development Consultant, and Business Coach.

Before moving to the USA, I was owner and CEO of my own highly successful International Coaching & Development Consultancy - Elaine Bailey International - based out of the UK.
I am a Certified Enneagram Practitioner and use it as a foundation with all my clients.
